Sample Equipment Lease Agreement (Australia)

Parties Involved:

Lessor: ABC Equipment Rentals Pty Ltd

Lessee: XYZ Construction Pty Ltd
Address: 456 Business Road, Melbourne VIC 3000

Equipment Description:

The equipment subject to this agreement includes a bulldozer, model X200, serial number 12345, located at the Lessee’s premises or as otherwise agreed upon.

Lease Terms:

The Lessee shall pay a monthly lease fee of AUD 5,000, payable in advance on the first day of each month, for a period of 12 months starting from the commencement date.

Lessee Responsibilities:

The Lessee agrees to operate and maintain the equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and Australian safety standards, and to return the equipment in good condition at the end of the lease term.

Lessor Responsibilities:
