Service Description:
The service provider agrees to deliver the specified services outlined herein, at the location and times agreed upon by the parties, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the service provider a fee of AUD 10,000 payable within 30 days of invoice, unless otherwise specified. Additional costs or expenses shall be approved in advance.
