Sample Contract for Services – Australia

Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Consulting Pty Ltd
Address: 123 Business Road, Sydney NSW 2000

Client: ABC Corporation Pty Ltd
Address: 456 Corporate Ave, Melbourne VIC 3000

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to perform the services specified in Schedule A of this agreement, including but not limited to consulting, project management, and support services as detailed in subsequent documentation.

Payment Terms:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a fee of AUD 10,000 per project milestone, payable within 14 days of receipt of an invoice, subject to the terms outlined herein.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

The Service Provider commits to delivering the services in a professional manner, complying with all relevant Australian laws and standards, and communicating regularly with the Client regarding progress.

Governing Law:
