Simple Payment Agreement Australia Sample

Parties Involved:

Payor: John Doe
Address: 123 Maple Street, Sydney NSW 2000

Payee: Alice Smith
Address: 456 Oak Avenue, Melbourne VIC 3000

Payment Details:

The Payor agrees to pay the Payee a total amount of AUD 1,000 in accordance with the terms stipulated in this agreement. The payment shall be made in full by the 30th day of September 2024, via bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.

Payment Schedule:
