Service Description:
The services provided under this agreement include consulting and support as specified in Schedule A of this contract, to be delivered at the agreed locations and times.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the provider a total fee of AUD 50,000, payable in instalments as detailed herein. Payment shall be made within 14 days of invoicing.
Provider Responsibilities:
The provider commits to delivering the services outlined in Schedule A in a professional manner, in accordance with industry standards and applicable Australian laws.
Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sydney.
