Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 50 Harbour View, Sydney NSW 2002, or other designated real estate as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Exclusivity Terms:

The Principal grants the Agent exclusive rights to market and negotiate the sale or lease of the property for a period of three (3) months from the date of this agreement, commencing on _______________, 20__.

Agent Responsibilities:
