Property Description:
The land involved in this agreement is located at 789 Agricultural Road, Brisbane, QLD 4000, or other designated farm property as further described herein.
Share Farming Terms:
The landowner and farmer agree to share the farm produce and income according to a 50-50 split, with responsibilities for planting, tending, and harvesting being shared equally, or as specified herein.
Farmer Responsibilities:
The farmer shall undertake planting, cultivation, pest control, and harvesting activities, maintaining best practices and complying with relevant Australian farming standards.
