Equipment Description:
The equipment subject to this agreement includes excavators, bulldozers, and loaders as designated in Schedule A, located at the supplier’s premises or as otherwise specified.
Hire Terms:
The supplier shall provide the equipment on a dry hire basis, with the customer responsible for operating and all associated costs during the hire period, commencing on the start date and concluding on the end date specified herein.
Supplier Responsibilities:
The supplier warrants that the equipment is maintained and fit for purpose. The customer shall return the equipment in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.
