Granny Flat Interest Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Resident: Jane Smith

Property Description:

The granny flat located at 123 Main Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, or other designated residence as further specified in negotiations.

Interest and Duration:

The Resident shall have a right of interest in the granny flat for a term of 5 years, commencing from the date of this agreement, subject to renewal or earlier termination as agreed.

Interest Payments:

The Resident shall pay the Property Owner an interest payment of AUD 200 per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month.
