Scope of Work:

The subcontractor agrees to undertake electrical installation and maintenance services at the project site located at 789 Industrial Road, Brisbane QLD 4006, as detailed in Schedule A.

Payment Terms:

The principal contractor shall pay the subcontractor a fixed fee of AUD 50,000, payable upon completion of the specified work, subject to milestones outlined in Schedule B.
