Secondment Details:

This agreement pertains to the temporary transfer of the Employee from the Employer to DEF Limited for the purpose of specific projects, commencing on __________________ and concluding on __________________, subject to extension or early termination as provided herein.

Terms & Conditions:

The Employee shall continue to be employed by the Employer and remain subject to its policies, but shall perform duties as directed by DEF Limited during the secondment period. The Employee’s remuneration and benefits shall be maintained by the Employer, with adjustments agreed upon if applicable.

Parties’ Responsibilities:
