Product Details:

The products covered under this agreement include the range of goods specified in Schedule A, to be supplied by the Supplier to the Distributor within the scope of this arrangement.

Distribution Terms:

The Distributor shall have the exclusive right to promote, sell, and distribute the products within the specified territory in Australia, according to the terms set out herein.

Distributor Responsibilities:
