Chair Equipment:

The rented chairs are standard banquet chairs with padded seats, model XYZ-123, as specified in the attached schedule, located at the Lessee’s premises during the rental period.

Rental Terms:

The Lessee shall pay the Lessor a rental fee of AUD 15 per chair per day, payable in advance before delivery, with the total calculated based on the actual number of chairs rented and duration of hire.

Lessor Responsibilities:

The Lessor shall deliver the chairs to the Lessee at the designated location and ensure they are in good condition upon delivery. The Lessor shall also retrieve the chairs at the end of the rental period.

Lessee Responsibilities:

The Lessee agrees to use the chairs responsibly, maintain them in good condition, and notify the Lessor of any damages. The Lessee shall be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
