Project Description:
The interior design services shall pertain to the residential property located at 789 Rainbow Road, Sydney NSW 2000, including conceptual design, material selection, and project management as detailed in the scope of work.
Scope of Work:
The Designer shall provide interior design consultancy, space planning, procurement assistance, and project supervision to achieve the agreed design objectives within the specified timeframe and budget.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Designer a total fee of AUD 15,000, payable in installments: 50% upon signing this contract, and 50% upon project completion. Additional costs for materials or external services shall be approved in advance by the Client.
