Parties Involved:

Contractor: XYZ Contractors Pty Ltd
Address: 123 Melbourne Road, Melbourne, VIC 3000

Client: ABC Manufacturing Ltd
Address: 456 Sydney Harbour Road, Sydney, NSW 2000

Scope of Work:

The Contractor shall perform the services described herein, including but not limited to construction and maintenance tasks at the specified project sites, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Contractor a total fee of AUD 50,000, payable in instalments based on completed milestones or as otherwise agreed upon.

Contractor Responsibilities:

The Contractor shall execute all work diligently, in compliance with Australian safety standards and regulations, and shall maintain proper insurance coverage throughout the contractual period.

Governing Law:
